At Accordus we have extensive experience of regenerating neighbourhoods and building communities. We are able to provide services from both the client side having led successful masterplanning and regeneration schemes on behalf of Local Authority clients, and work as part of the delivery team providing advice and support in community engagement and communications, community ballots, masterplanning, financial modelling, procurement and delivery.
Services
- Project Management – we will direct, manage and enable delivery of regeneration schemes from inception to completion;
- Appointment of the Team – the appointment of a team and management and coordination of all work is led by Accordus, with a senior, single point of contact back to the client;
- Community and Stakeholder Engagement – working with all stakeholders including existing residents of all tenures, board members and the local authority, we will establish and implement community and stakeholder engagement plans that build capacity, encourage positive involvement and support the delivery of key project objectives;
- Masterplanning – we will lead a co design approach to masterplanning that will reduce planning risk and generate a locally supported, commercially deliverable regeneration plan;
- Resident Ballots – utilising our experience of successfully leading and supporting Resident Ballots in London and elsewhere, we will run the Resident Ballot in line with GLA capital funding guidelines;
- Financial Appraisal and Viability – we will establish a financial appraisal model and work with key cost consultants to ensure the masterplan options developed are financially viable;
- Planning and Procurement – we will determine and manage the best route through planning and we will review procurement and delivery options to determine synergy benefits;
- On Site Delivery – this includes management of all appointed professionals and contractors through to handover
